Hips Twists

Your hips are one of your best assests in belly dance.

While one of the first rules in dancing is to keep your knees soft, ie slightly bent, when doing any hip movement, this allows the hips room to move.

Hip Twist are like doing those funny rock n roll twists; you move from the waist.

In this session you will be learning how to twist around.

Remember if you get lost, just go back to the basic movements, especially when you start playing around with rythmn. Try doing hip twists to all sorts of other music.
