For all women who want to feel good! Shimmy to your heart's content. Anyone can shimmy! One of the first rules in dancing is to keep your knees soft, ie slightly bent, when doing any hip movement, this allows the hips room to move. We will start off doing large looking shimmies, but as we go along we will try to make them sharper, shorter, and then with practise we'll get real shimmies The more you can feel your bum muscles moving, the better your shimmy...no kidding! |
