You've done the warm up and had a taste. Now onto the lessons.

Things to remember:

1. be relaxed and bring your belly button to your spine. This will allow your back to be flat. This is a good technique to have for all forms of dance;

2. keep your knees soft; with a slight bend you will be more grounded and your balance will improve;

3. enjoy your body and yourself, and most importantly keep breathing.

If you get lost, remember you can always go back to the basic exercises. You can repeat any of the exercise as many times as you like.
