Belly Rolls, Camels, Egyptian Two step

The Belly roll is the basis for many undulating moves.

In this lesson we will be starting with some exercises. You will see that I do belly rolls going out(or up), and belly rolls going in(or going down).

Try to practise both ways, but you might find that you have one direction which you prefer.

Keep breathing; keep practising...

Remember if you get lost, just go back to the basic movements.
