The things i didn't say in the video:

Don't be afraid to look at your arms; use your eyes and your head to follow your arms, if that is appropriate;

Try to give your body space; use the arms to frame yourself and your movements. If your arms are too close to your body, the movement will be lost.

Try a combination of arms with different movements to find out which suit you. Busy movements like shimmies only require small or no arm movements. Maybe you need only move your hand.

What do we do with our arms?

They are not sacks of potatoes or appendages that we think about at the last minute. They are part of your beautiful body, and are beautiful right down to your finger tips.

You love your arms, hands and fingers. You can express much with them. So start thinking about them.

Keep breathing; keep practising...
